Job summary

Gorilla Commerce, based in Norwalk, CT, seeks a motivated Business Systems Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams and enhance ERP-related systems. You’ll gather requirements, document processes, and support day-to-day operations across NetSuite, Celigo integrations, Seller Central, and BI tools.

You will contribute to system improvements, assist with UAT and testing, and help triage basic issues while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field required.
1–2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or IT role (internships included).
Basic understanding of ERP systems; exposure to NetSuite is a plus.
Familiarity with business processes, system integrations, and data flows.
Foundational knowledge of SQL or relational databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
Support small to mid-sized initiatives by breaking down tasks and tracking progress.
Collaborate with team members to support system enhancements and process improvements.
Help maintain and support core applications including NetSuite ERP, Celigo integrations, Seller Central, and BI tools.
Participate in testing activities (UAT), including documenting test cases and defects.
Troubleshoot basic technical and system issues; escalate complex ones as needed.
Work with internal teams and external partners to support solution deployment.
Assist in documenting system processes, workflows, and user guides.
Monitor system performance and support ongoing optimization efforts.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology, this position contributes to Gorilla Commerce’s success by supporting and enhancing technology solutions that enable cross-functional business operations. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, assist with system improvements, and support day-to-day operations across key platforms.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop a strong foundation in business systems, ERP platforms, and cross-functional collaboration. You will gain exposure to enterprise systems and help drive incremental improvements that support the company’s technology roadmap.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Help maintain and support core business applications including NetSuite ERP, Celigo integrations, Seller Central, and BI tools.
Participate in testing activities (UAT), including documenting test cases, validating outcomes, and identifying defects.
Troubleshoot and triage basic technical and system issues; escalate more complex issues as needed.
Work with internal teams and external partners to support development and implementation of solutions.
Assist in documenting system processes, workflows, and user guides.
Monitor system performance and support ongoing optimization efforts.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role (internships included).
Basic understanding of ERP systems; exposure to NetSuite is a plus.
