As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll help connect business needs with technology solutions that drive efficiency, improve processes, and support organizational goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyze challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact across the business.
Please Note: This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with associates expected to work from the Omaha office as needed to support business objectives and team collaboration.
Evaluate workflows and business operations to identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and enhanced user experiences.
Support projects and system enhancements through documentation, testing, implementation, and ongoing operational support.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve issues, communicate changes, and support successful adoption of new processes and technology.
Experience supporting AI and machine learning initiatives through data integration, model-ready data preparation, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience supporting projects, system implementations, testing, or process improvement initiatives.
Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders while leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled technologies to drive process improvements and business outcomes.
Familiarity with business analysis practices, Agile methodologies, data analysis, or the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Insurance industry experience is a plus.
Experience with product definition coding.
Strong business understanding of health insurance products.
