DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions in a hybrid role based in Fort Wayne or Indianapolis.
The analyst will gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment with strategic goals across PMO projects. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business analysis, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation to be in our Fort Wayne, IN or Indianapolis, IN office a minimum of two days per week. This position does not qualify for relocation assistance. The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting business needs, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve operations. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined and solutions are aligned with strategic goals. The Business Analyst plays a key role in internal process improvement and supports projects from requirements gathering through testing and rollout.
