Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst Sr. for a contractor assignment to support Planview Portfolios.

The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with the ability to author clear requirements for Planview tools and collaborate with IT and business teams. This contract role offers telecommute flexibility with day-to-day responsibilities including documenting reports, building dashboards, and coordinating with stakeholders to create program artifacts, gap

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years related work experience in requirements gathering or our systems experience.
• OR Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or our systems experience.
• OR Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or our systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and document report and dashboard requirements for Business and IT teams as needed
• Create/Update/Refine Current requirements
• Coordinate the pertinent stakeholders or SMEs for any needed working sessions to create required Program and Project artifacts
• Create and maintain Planview AgilePlace program and project boards, working with Tech and QA Leads to update as needed
• Produce Gap Analysis to determine/create future requirements
• Create and maintain Planview work tracking board for program/project
• Creating and validating success criteria

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
