Job Summary

Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Business Analyst Consultant to join their dynamic and growing team.

location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

job type: Contract

salary: $23 - 33 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with business partners regarding PeopleSoft ERP capabilities, functionality, and business processes.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions through system enhancements or process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders regarding requirements, process changes, and change management activities.
• Analyze large data sets and prepare data for migration into PeopleSoft ERP.
• Evaluate and balance risk, business impact, and operational considerations when developing recommendations.
• Lead projects from initial requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform functional testing within PeopleSoft ERP and validate system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and stabilization of new processes and solutions.
• Develop and execute testing strategies and quality validation plans for system enhancements and migration activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Document and model current-state and future-state business processes.
• Develop training materials and provide training to business users on new processes and system functionality.
