Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field
• 12+ years of professional AI and data experience with progressive management responsibilities
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI/data-driven solutions at scale
• Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in AI/data technologies

• Develops and enforces AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Recommends operational plans and strategies with short- to mid-term (0-3 years) impact on job area results.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.

Directs the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to improve system accuracy, efficiency, and resilience, while managing multiple Directs the deployment and configuration of Data Governance and Legacy Data Platforms. Works across AI & Data to understand the needs of those platforms and properly integrates them into our Data Architectures and Data Governance processes. Responsible for improving system accuracy, efficiency, and resilience, while managing multiple teams and enforcing governance standards aligned with organizational goals. Drives innovation through cross-functional collaboration, experimentation, and strategic planning, ensuring our Data Platforms and solutions address real-world challenges, manage risks, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2. Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.
• 3. Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI and data-driven solutions at scale.
• 4. Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.
• 5. Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in AI and data technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1. Masters degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• 2. Experience in the financial services industry.
• 3. Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification or any other cloud provider certifications.
• 4. Expertise in solution designs based upon business requirements.
