Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced AI/Data professional to design and build AI models and data architectures that enhance business processes and system performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires guiding AI and data teams, ensuring governance standards, and enabling automation of data prep and integration tasks to deliver actionable insights aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/DS/AI/Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI and data.
• Knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

• Builds and designs AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes and system performance.
• Develops technical solutions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications.
• Conducts experiments and evaluates AI initiative performance to support continuous improvement.
• Supports technical innovation efforts and advancement of AI capabilities.
• Provides technical guidance to AI and data teams.
• Adheres to AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyzes operational processes to resolve potential problems and recommends adjustments.
• Monitors technical project progress and identifies manageable risks to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drives efforts related to the automation of repeatable data preparation and integration tasks.
• Applies AI and analytics for actionable insights to solve complex issues.
