Job summary

Corsica Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join its AI Innovation & Automation team. You will design, build, and optimize automation and AI-enabled workflows that connect Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure services across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes scalable automation design, data integration, and governance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and advance organization-wide AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing automation or application solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or conversational AI technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience integrating business applications through APIs, connectors, or automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Build scalable automation workflows that integrate with internal and external business systems.
• Develop reusable automation patterns, templates, and accelerators that improve delivery speed and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through process automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop agent actions, orchestration patterns, prompting strategies, and grounding approaches.
• Support AI agent lifecycle management across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor agent performance, adoption, and effectiveness while continuously improving user experience.
