Job summary

Corsica Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join its AI Innovation & Automation team. This role designs, builds, and continuously improves enterprise automation, AI agents, and data integrations to drive operational efficiency and scalable business outcomes.

You will work across Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure services to deliver intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years designing and implementing automation or application solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or conversational AI technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience integrating business applications through APIs, connectors, or automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build scalable automation workflows that integrate with internal and external business systems.
• Develop reusable automation patterns, templates, and accelerators that improve delivery speed and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through process automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop agent actions, orchestration patterns, prompting strategies, and grounding approaches.
• Support AI agent lifecycle management across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor agent performance, adoption, and effectiveness while continuously improving user experience.
• Design and implement integrations between Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Autotask, and other enterprise platforms.
