Job summary

Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Business System Analyst to support and enhance the internal Roadmap tool, coordinating with four organizations. You will learn data structures, assist users, triage requests, and help organize team hierarchies while documenting procedures and improving data quality.

Experience in business analysis, strong customer support, and knowledge of agile methods are essential. SQL/JIRA skills are required; Tableau is a plus for reporting and data visualization.

Qualifications

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst for Enterprise Tools, you will help support and grow the internal tools for strategy and alignment. Our main tool (called “Roadmap”) combines work data and headcount data in seamless views in order for top executives and their directs to plan for the future growth of the company. This position is focused on supporting the Roadmap tool as it spans across four organizations.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and understanding the process and data structure of the tool


• Support users of Roadmap tool and answer questions


• Triage questions to appropriate teams/roles


• Assist in organizing the hierarchy structure of teams


• Light reporting of key data elements


• Documentation of procedures and tool usage


• Reviewing common support requests, prioritizing and planning changes to address pain points


• Meet with key stakeholders and gathering enhancement requests


• Analyzing data and finding root causes of “bad data”


• Implementing procedures and best practices to improve tool adoption and data quality

Experience required:
