Responsibilities and Job Details

• Partner closely with the Policy Analyst to translate business needs into actionable system requirements
• Engage with business units to gather, define, and document detailed business requirements
• Develop rule documentation to support secure data policy enforcement
• Facilitate requirement review sessions and validate outcomes with stakeholders
• Ensure traceability between business needs and technical implementations
• Support the Policy Analyst with context and documentation for seamless policy application
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying system and workflow enhancements
• Apply best practices in requirements gathering to ensure efficient project execution
• Participate in solution testing and validation to ensure requirements are met
• Provide updates to project leads on progress and issues
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support secure data governance solutions
