Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Mayfield, Ohio, is seeking a Business Analyst in the TECHNOLOGY function. You will bridge business and IT teams to translate complex requirements into actionable specs and help shape cyber security-focused projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, draft user stories, and support agile delivery using Azure Board and TDD/BDD approaches. A background in security is a plus; strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cyber Security Domain.
• Liaise between business and technology to define complex requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with business customers and technical teams on enhancements or specifications for new systems.
• Strong Agile Development Methodology; experience with Azure Board, User Story writing, TDD/BDD.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management with Business users, Client IT PM/Tech teams, and onshore/offshore teams.
• Facilitate sessions to elicit requirements and report status to Project Leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Cyber Security Domain
• Serving as a liaison between business and/or technology groups by identifying and defining complex systems requirements, scope, and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and IT-industry requirements.
• Work closely with business customers and technical teams to understand planned enhancements, system modifications, or specifications for new systems.
• Strong Agile Development Methodology; experience with Agile tools like Azure Board, User Story writing, TDD/BDD approach etc.
• Strong Stakeholder Management experience including but not limited to Business users, Client IT PM/Tech team, and onshore/offshore technical teams.
• Facilitate working sessions to elicit requirements from the technical team, track progress, and report status to Project Leadership.
• A strong ability to gather requirements and ask probing questions to understand the intended end-to-end design is important.
• Nice to have is an understanding of AI or Security but not mandatory
