Tata Consultancy Services Limited in the United States seeks a Business Analytics Lead with 3+ years of Python experience to architect data tooling and dashboards. You will build scalable utilities, manage data pipelines, and work across retail lending domains, using Jira for full-lifecycle development and issue tracking.

The role emphasizes hands-on scripting, ELK/Kibana dashboards, and collaboration with teams handling Hadoop, Oracle, and MongoDB data stores. Pittsburgh location.

Formación

• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Strong Python development experience (3+ years).
• Hands-on with Hadoop, Oracle and MongoDB.
• Experience creating scalable applications and utilities.
• Familiar with Jira, end-to-end development and dashboards.

• Strong hands-on experience in Python (3+ years typical)

Proficiency in:

• OOP concepts, modular design
• Data structures and algorithms
• Package management and dependency handling
• Experience building scalable applications and utilities
• Experience with Hadoop, Oracle and MongoDB

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Elastic using painless scripts, creating ELK index and Kibana dashboards
• Business understanding of Retail lending origination, servicing and collections.
• Hands on knowledge using Jira for end to end development along with maintenance of user stories , bug and dashboards

Salary Range - $90,000-$110,000 a year
