Job summary

State of Ohio - CBUS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 with 7+ years of experience to lead testing efforts, drive requirements strategy, and support enterprise system implementations.

The candidate will perform test planning, lead functional and UAT activities, and oversee end-to-end validation across Agile and Waterfall projects. Strong data mapping for new integrations and governance/ITSM tool knowledge (Onspring, Neurons) are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business systems analysis experience.
• Proven test lead and test planning capabilities.
• Experience mapping data for new system interfaces.
• Ability to work in both waterfall and agile environments.
• Experience gathering requirements for Governance, Risk, Compliance, and ITSM tools.
• Experience with Onspring and Neurons.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Business Systems Analyst with 7+ years of experience leading testing efforts, driving requirements strategy, and supporting enterprise system implementations. Skilled in test planning, functional and UAT leadership, and end‑to‑end validation across both Agile and Waterfall environments. Strong data mapping and analysis expertise for new system integrations and interface design. Adept at identifying overlaps, risks, and constraints to shape holistic implementation strategies. Experienced in gathering requirements and supporting deployments for Governance, Risk, Compliance, and ITSM platforms, including Onspring and Neurons. Workload typically spans requirements gathering (30%), data mapping/analysis (30%), testing leadership (30%), and stakeholder meetings (10%).
