Join a fast-paced team transforming business systems and customer engagement through intelligent technology. We're hiring a Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst to help drive innovation and efficiency within a growing organization’s Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing operations.

This opportunity is onsite three days per week in Atlanta, GA—ideal for candidates who enjoy a hybrid work model with meaningful in-office collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

Gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into functional system configurations within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Enhance workflows, integrations, and data structures across D365 Sales and Customer Service modules
Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical specs, process diagrams, and configuration logs
Assess how the platform is used and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and user efficiency
Partner with cross-functional teams—including developers and product managers—throughout Agile delivery cycles
Build and support Power Platform solutions that streamline user experiences and business processes

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in a dynamic, enterprise-level setting
Proven hands-on experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Customer Service)
Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies
Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform—Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps (a strong plus)
Excellent skills in documenting requirements, solving technical issues, and communicating across teams
