Role Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Client: Computers and Electronics Manufacturing Company

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 3 months with possible extension up to 6 months

Preferred Location: Remote - Will follow the EST time zone

Role Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our project aimed at achieving system compliance over the next 3-6 months. The candidate will engage with business groups in the Americas, providing communication, technical support, and contributing to documentation. This role also involves managing our asset management solution, connecting business groups with organizational assets, and assisting in configuring the Axonius platform for effective integration and use across IT and Security teams.

• Act as the primary liaison between business groups and technical teams to ensure system compliance
• Communicate effectively across organizational layers to ensure device compliance
• Serve as a strategic link between engineering, compliance, and business units to meet internal requirements
• Monitor compliance status and create actionable tasks for engineering teams, ensuring clarity among stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings and communication to gather feedback, align expectations, and track progress
• Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, workflows, and compliance mappings
• Configure and optimize Axonius integrations with data sources like CMDB, endpoint management, and cloud platforms
• Analyze asset data quality, identify gaps, and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Prioritize and manage compliance and system enhancement tasks, considering risk, impact, and timelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline compliance reporting

Requirements:

• Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical requirements with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience in compliance environments (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001), working with engineering and technical teams preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage large information volumes and synthesize insights
• Effective prioritization skills to balance demands and make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa
• Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency and alignment
• Proficiency in documenting requirements, workflows, and compliance processes in clear, audit-ready formats
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership and follow-through
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Excel, ServiceNow is a plus
