Job summary

A&I Avenues is seeking a Case Management Business Support person to assist the Case Management department with administrative duties, data tracking, reporting, and process documentation. You will support case managers, supervisors, and directors, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely deliverables.

The role involves maintaining training guides, supporting cross-training, and assisting with audits and state contract deliverables.

  • Ability to develop a general, working knowledge of the program in order to evaluate quality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains solid understanding of the business support needs for Case Management department.
  • Monitors data and reports outcomes regularly.
  • Ensures data tracking is complete, accurate, and within regulatory compliance.
  • Documents tasks/processes using established format (training guides).
  • Supports business team cross training efforts, provides back up and shares team workload.
  • Monitors completion of business support tasks/processes per deliverable timelines.
  • Designs and maintains spreadsheets, queries, or reports as required for key performance indicators.
  • Supports with program audits.
  • May be responsible for completion of state required contract deliverables, as directed by Program Manager; may submit billable time to state.
  • Ensures understanding of relevant policies, practices, and processes.
  • Fulfills document management activities and supports data integrity efforts in all data systems.
  • Supports department supervisor/manager in planning, delegating, and completing special projects, as necessary.
  • Various projects or clerical duties, as needed.
  • May include sitting at the front desk.

Job description

A&I Avenues is looking for a Case Management Business Support individual to provide support to the Case Management department. The CM Business Support position supports the administrative needs including implementing, maintaining, performing, improving, reporting. Independently completes various deliverables for Case Managers, Case Management Supervisors, Program Managers, Assistant Directors, Directors, or other stakeholders. The CM Business Support acts as the point person for key business deliverables to ensure regulatory compliance as well as accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information. Provides technical assistance to and interaction with a variety of stakeholders, in collaboration with Case Management team, to assist in effective output and understanding. Maintains a high level of knowledge of business administrative processes and functions and supports a team culture of high customer service. Assists with special projects, documentation, record keeping, and compliance.

Job Qualifications

Training/Education:

Experience:

  • Experience in field of disabled adults preferred.
  • Two years’ experience with Microsoft Office required.

  • Ability to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines.

Ability to work autonomously while remote.
