If so, Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Business Support Associate (BSA) to join our growing team!

In the BSA role, you will support a regional team of technicians in quote and invoice preparation, communicate customer expectations, and support the achievement of organizational goals. You will also provide customers with service information, quotes, and invoices, and analyze, prepare, and communicate operating results for the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (with on-call rotation)

Work Location: This is a remote opportunity, but candidates MUST be located within our service territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, NY, CT, RI, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH, NC, SC.

We offer service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment for multi-site retail clients such as Kohl's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Starbucks, and others. Our office is based in Portsmouth, NH, and our territory has expanded across most of the Eastern Seaboard.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

Support organizational goals by:

  1. Coordinating communication between technicians, customers, and team members.
  2. Preparing quotes and processing invoices.
  3. Analyzing operational results and presenting findings.
  4. Utilizing technology to enhance communication, analysis, and reduce costs.
  5. Identifying opportunities for quality and cost improvements.
  6. Updating customer records based on interactions.
  7. Participating in special projects aligned with your strengths and growth areas.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
