Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Strategy Executive to deliver on the global sales strategy, including growth initiatives, client coverage, and operational efficiency.
• Track progress against strategic goals and key performance indicators, preparing materials for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support global and regional projects, ensuring alignment across business units.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance management reporting, dashboards and scorecards for sales leadership.
• Provide analysis and insights on pipeline, client trend and overall business performance to help in decision making.
• Coordinate preparation of executive updates, town halls, quarterly business reviews, senior leadership calls.
• Assist in the execution of risk and compliance related initiatives (i.e. SIAI, Audit Reviews, Sales forms validation).
• Monitor adherence to policies and processes; streamline to improve efficiencies.
• Partners with Treasury Sales Executives and key partners to align on business priorities.

Pay range

$85,500.00 - $114,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
