• Provide specialized and personalized service, advice, and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings


• Acquire new and deepen existing client relationships


• Conduct client meetings and present customized financial solutions


• Balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care


• Recommend financial advice and guidance aligned with client financial goals and needs


• Analyze client financial needs and recommend appropriate financial services


• Conduct client outreach, pipeline management, and follow-up routines


• Make decisions on client requests and refer clients to appropriate internal partners


• Partner with financial center, performance, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates


• Train at one financial center and potentially be placed at another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs and applicable law

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking


• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients


• Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution

• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
