The Business Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, administration, and continuous enhancement of the Credit Union's Business Services program. This position partners with Business Services leadership and cross-functional teams to help establish, support, and optimize business deposit, treasury management, and small business lending services while ensuring efficient, compliant, and member-focused operations.
During the initial implementation phase, the position focuses on project execution, operational readiness, documentation, testing, vendor coordination, and implementation support. As the Business Services department matures, the role transitions into ongoing operational administration, lending support, treasury management support, reporting, process ownership, and continuous improvement. This position is intentionally designed to evolve alongside the Business Services department, and responsibilities may expand or shift as organizational priorities, technology, products, services, and strategic initiatives evolve.
Bachelors or better.
experience in banking, credit union operations, business services, lending, treasury management, project coordination, or a related financial services role preferred.
