Qualifications

• Institutional degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• 3+ years in credit analysis, business lending, or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of lending policies, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage business member relationships and prospect for new ones.
• Analyze financial statements and credit profiles to advise lending solutions.
• Deliver tailored lending, deposits, and treasury management products.
• Collaborate with Credit and Operations for compliant service delivery.
• Represent Summit at community events to build relationships and brand.
• Monitor loan, deposit, and portfolio metrics to drive growth.
