The role requires banking knowledge, strong organization, and the ability to handle data, documents, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 1 year experience in business lending or credit.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the manager to align responsibilities with prioritized needs.
• Manage relationships with online and branch channels for loan requests.
• Process renewals with up-to-date financial information for accurate files.
• Escalate operational risk to the Business Services Manager.
• Collect data for submittals to Underwriting and Credit Committee.
• Support loan reviews and document collection for the portfolio.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts.
• Participate in manager meetings and leadership forums.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
