About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Services Analyst, you will provide essential support to the business services team by performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks. You will assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring the smooth operation of business processes.
What You’ll Do:
Perform administrative duties including conducting research, updating databases, and preparing reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Support the preparation of business presentations and proposals.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Assist in the management of business projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Provide support in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for business activities.
Assist in the development of business policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the business services team.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 2+ years’ experience and education will be considered.
Some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience of applying them.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Ability to exchange straight forward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $60K per year and the maximum salary for the position is or $77K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
