Custom Protection, an ADT Authorized Dealer, is hiring Commercial Sales Representatives to focus on small business customers—from retail shops to offices, restaurants, and service providers. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and real career growth.

You’ll connect with local business owners, deliver tailored security and automation solutions, conduct on-site assessments, present proposals, and build lasting relationships while staying current on ADT’s latest

• Stay on top of ADT’s latest small business solutions and industry trends.

What You Bring

• Experience in outside sales, B2B, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
• A friendly, confident personality with the ability to connect with small business owners.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• A natural sense of ownership and the desire to grow your income through hard work.
• Comfort with using technology (tablets, CRM, presentation tools).
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
