With over 160 manufacturers spanning 6 continents, the work you will perform is diverse and impactful. We innovate, manufacture, and license manufacturing equipment under the brand names Redi-Rock, Rosetta Hardscapes, Novum Wall, and Pole Base, continually improving our products including precast modular block retaining walls, artisan landscape blocks, slabs, pavers, and light pole foundations.

We are seeking a Business Sales Consultant based in the Southwest US to serve this territory, including Mexico and the Caribbean. This role is vital in supporting our licensed manufacturers by providing strategic guidance, industry expertise, and ongoing business support.

  • This position focuses on the Redi-Rock International, Novum Wall, and Pole Base brands. You will work directly with clients to optimize operations, enhance market positioning, and foster sustainable growth. Additionally, you will pursue new business development opportunities, identify potential partners, and expand our network of licensed manufacturers to increase market reach.
  • You will assist clients in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and overcoming challenges within the precast concrete industry. A deep understanding of market dynamics, a consultative sales approach, and strong relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to drive new growth initiatives.
  • Travel is expected to be 40-50%, with engagement across the Southwest U.S. territory to ensure clients have the necessary tools and support to grow their businesses successfully.
As a Business Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include:
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and industry news.
  • Supporting customer teams in organizational design, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to enable effective decision-making.
  • Discovering client needs and pain points, then matching our product benefits to solve their problems and outperform competitors.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with customers to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues globally to enhance customer success.
  • Participating in educational events, trade shows, and other relevant activities.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of sales or business consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong and broad business acumen.
