We are looking for a Business Sales Consultant in the Southwest US territory. The Business Sales Consultant plays a critical role in supporting the success of our licensed manufacturers by providing strategic guidance, industry expertise, and ongoing business support.

  • Focused on the Redi-Rock International, Novum Wall, and Pole Base brands, this role works directly with clients to help them optimize their operations, improve market positioning, and drive sustainable growth. Additionally, the Business Sales Consultant will actively pursue business development opportunities, identifying potential partners and expanding our network of licensed manufacturers to increase market reach.
  • This role will assist clients in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and overcoming challenges within the precast concrete industry. It requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, a consultative approach to sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with independently owned and operated businesses, while driving new growth initiatives.
  • With a travel expectation of 40-50%, the Business Sales Consultant will engage with clients across the Southwest U.S. territory, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to grow their businesses successfully.

As a Business Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible to:
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Support customer teams in forming, developing, and operating at optimal levels of performance in organizational design, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to support business leaders in making informed, effective decisions around structures and processes
  • Shape opportunities, learning the client’s perspective to discover their needs and pain points, then match the benefits of our product to solve those problems, outweighing the competition
  • Actively build and manage relationships with all customers to enhance and provide solutions
  • Collaborate and innovate with colleagues across our global landscape to do what we can to make a difference for our customers
  • Attend and assist in planning and presenting at educational events for products, trade shows and other relevant events
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years in sales or business consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in field experience
  • A basic understanding of computer skills
