Responsibilities

The Business Relationship Manager is needed by Celanese Corporation in Irving, TX, and various unanticipated locations throughout the US. The role may be based from home and involves managing technologies and business relationships to support operational activities aligned with the Digital Customer Journey organization’s strategy and objectives. The manager will partner with Business, Product Lines, Technology & Innovation, Customer Experience, and Information Technology teams to prioritize project implementations supporting digital transformation. Key responsibilities include proactive communication of initiatives, gathering customer feedback to improve IT services, managing the strategy and execution of commercial applications, analyzing data insights, and ensuring the delivery of IT services. The role also involves expanding the use of Salesforce and related platforms, building business cases for new applications, managing IT-related risks, and collaborating with external vendors and third-party providers. The position requires proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Six Sigma Green Belt, Data Analysis, SAP R3, and SAP APO.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Administration, or Management is required. Candidates must have experience, project experience, or coursework in Advanced MS Excel, Six Sigma Green Belt, Data Analysis, SAP R3, and SAP APO. A Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is required.
