JOB TITLE: Business Recruiter, GTM
LOCATION: Denver, CO (Mon-Thurs onsite)
DURATION: 6 months
RATE RANGE: $50-$55/hr
**TOP 3 SKILLS:**

  • 4+ years of experience sourcing GTM roles for a technology company
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS

    Our Talent team is passionate about creating great experiences for employees and candidates alike. You will be focused on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of candidates aligned to the Sales & Go-To-Market (GTM) business units utilizing multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, and networking. You will play a key role in the hiring process by sourcing remarkable talent for Sales, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success and Corporate/Business Development.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build top-of-funnel pipeline using a spectrum of sourcing strategies

    • Leverage tools, search methods, referrals, LinkedIn, and various channels to effectively source passive candidates

    • Partner with Talent and Hiring Teams by participating in kick-off meetings and weekly hiring syncs to fully understand the entire talent pool

    • Provide feedback to Talent Partners and Hiring Teams on market trends

    • Develop a pipeline of talent for current openings and future hiring needs

    • Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters

    • Message sourced candidates to gain interest in the opportunity


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4+ years of sourcing experience in the technology space, with at least one year focused on sales

    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter

    • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse), Hiretual, Gem, or similar is preferred

    • Ability to determine general fit for Sales & GTM teams based on required and desired qualifications

    • Passion for diversity and experience engaging a varying set of candidates

    • Effective and professional communicator with the ability to customize messaging

    • Ability to remain current with sourcing techniques by continuing to develop skills via webinars, trainings, and networking

    • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, sense of team, and a desire to learn
