Job summary:

The Business Readiness & Training Quality Reviewer, L5 Manager will support Amgen’s SAP S/4HANA implementation by serving as a key quality and readiness review point for training materials before business deployment.

This role is responsible for reviewing role-based learning content to confirm it accurately reflects approved future-state SAP S/4HANA business processes, system functionality, security/access expectations, compliance requirements, and Day 1 operational readiness needs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business process judgment, learning quality experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify readiness risks before they impact deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Content Review and Quality Assurance:

Review curriculum maps, outlines, storyboards, web-based training, quick reference guides, simulations, facilitator materials, and learner support assets.

Validate that training content is accurate, role-based, process-aligned, and appropriate for the target audience.

Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, duplications, unclear instructions, outdated process references, and compliance or control risks.

Confirm that training materials support business outcomes, not just system navigation.

Ensure training content aligns with approved SAP S/4HANA processes, terminology, roles, and data expectations.

Business Readiness and Process Alignment:

Validate that learning materials reflect future-state ways of working, including tasks, decisions, handoffs, approvals, exceptions, and reporting needs.

Review content across relevant process areas such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Plan to Supply, Master Data Management, and related enabling processes.

Assess whether training prepares users for Day 1 execution, access-gated readiness, and post-go-live sustainment.

Escalate issues that may affect learner readiness, business signoff, training deployment, or adoption.

Governance and Signoff Support:

Participate in formal training review cycles, stakeholder review meetings, and signoff activities.

Track review comments, decisions, risks, approvals, and open issues.

Support traceability between business requirements, curriculum, learning assets, and final readiness expectations.

Help enforce learning standards, review criteria, and governance processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with Business Process Owners, End-to-End Process Leads, SMEs, OCM, Learning & Enablement, Global Learning Services, Security, and implementation partners.

Facilitate content review discussions and help resolve conflicting feedback.

Translate complex process or system feedback into clear, actionable improvements for training developers.

Communicate risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to project leaders and business stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement and Sustainment:

Recommend improvements to curriculum structure, review methods, learning assets, and learner support materials.

Use feedback from pilots, readiness activities, training completion, and learner questions to improve content quality.

Support knowledge transfer and sustainment planning for post-go-live learning needs.

Apply AI-assisted review techniques where appropriate while ensuring human validation, business accuracy, and governance discipline.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational change management, ERP enablement, business process improvement, business analysis, quality, compliance, or a related field.

Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or enterprise system implementations.

Strong understanding of business process flows, role-based training, and operational readiness.

Ability to review complex training content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and business relevance.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment.

Strong facilitation, issue resolution, written communication, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP or SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

Experience with Fiori, SAP security/access concepts, role mapping, UAT, business process testing, or hypercare.

Experience with training governance, curriculum review, storyboard review, LMS deployment, or learning quality assurance.

Familiarity with digital adoption tools such as WalkMe.

Experience in regulated environments, life sciences, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or shared services.

Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate content review, summarize feedback, identify gaps, or improve learning materials.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $56.86/hour - $88.85/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
