Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business and technology teams.
Organize and lead meetings with business, technology, and QA teams.
Work with business subject matter experts on requirements definition, training, implementation, and support.
Define requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing documentation.
Develop business requirements and related rules based on decisions.
Work with software tools to gather and document requirements and rules.
Perform high level testing coordinating with QA teams including writing test plans and reporting results.
