Ladders is seeking a Business, Quality Analyst to join a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. The role focuses on operational quality and compliance reporting, building reliable data processes and performance visibility across project activity.

The analyst will collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights for leadership and external reporting needs, with a remote US-based arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business, data, or quality analysis for program management or compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for report building and data modeling
• Experience designing and managing SharePoint Lists and libraries for operational reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to government or executive audiences

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a data collection and reporting methodology in SharePoint and Power BI
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for quality posture and compliance metrics
• Administer SharePoint Lists and automate review processes using Power Platform tools
• Create analytical reports, including monthly and quarterly quality status updates
• Analyze review results for trends and recommend process improvements
• Reconcile metrics against source records for traceability
• Conduct quality control reviews of project artifacts across all lifecycle phases

For our client, we are seeking a Business, Quality Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will support operational quality and compliance reporting efforts by building reliable data processes and performance visibility. The analyst will work across reporting, review workflows, and traceability to help strengthen oversight across all phases of project activity. Collaboration with program managers and stakeholders will be important to ensure accurate, actionable insights for leadership and external reporting needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,779 – $154,724 annually

Responsibilities
