• Coordinate internal and external partners to align deliverables, timelines and accountability.
• Identify misalignments or risks early and present VP-ready framing.
• Produce concise leadership updates and status reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering PMO to align dependencies and technical readiness.
• Maintain structured trackers, project plans, and auditable decisions.
• Drive resolution of blockers across organizational boundaries.
