Overview

You've seen a million posts for PM projects...most have the same old buzz words like "dynamic”, “KPI’s”, and “Scope”. All are great words, but rarely do you see the word “brain”. We’re identifying an experienced Business Project Manager who has a big, powerful brain and is not afraid to use it.

Our client is a successful healthcare plan administrator that has doubled in size over the last 4 years. Their PMO houses PM’s that think fast and can analyze more than just schedules. They understand business, operations, and people – and drive projects that improve outcomes for each. You’ll lead critical projects that touch all aspects of the business and are product development in nature – meaning your brain will need to think big while also getting into the weeds with the teams that are executing the plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience (and the scar tissue/wisdom that comes with it)
• Technically sound, business process adept, and a communication virtuoso
• Executive presence
• You must currently reside in one of the following states: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX or WI
