Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Project Manager for an 18-month Basel III project onsite in Atlanta, GA. You will manage multiple workstreams across a large, cross-functional program and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely delivery.

This role requires strong communication, scheduling discipline, and PM tool experience (MS Project). USC or GC candidates only; compensation is 70-75/hr on a W2 basis, located onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

Basel III Project

• Project manage mulitple workstreas in our Basel III project, which is a key initaitive within our larger Matterhorn (Capital / Reg Reporting) program.
• Large, cross functional project composition and stakeholder group

Must Haves

• Proven stakeholder relationship building skills to engage and drive cross team collaboration at the project member and senior management stakeholder levels. Ability to communicate project status with equal effectiveness at all leadership and team member levels from both a project execution and business progression terms.
• Ability to create and drive multiple project/workstream schedules in parallel.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to translate conversations with process owners and stakeholders into effective plans, project objectives, and schedules to achieve expected project outcomes.

Desired Skills

• Backgound in Accounting and Finance in a project management role.
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting and/or Risk Weighted Assets.
• Financial institution transformative program and/or project management experience.
• Experience with AxiomSL Reg Reporting solutions
• Prior experience with system and user acceptance test planning activities.
• Experience with data strategy development and execution.
• PMP certification.
