In This Role
As a Program Manager, Talent Enablement, you will own the execution of talent programs from planning through launch and completion, ensuring priorities, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder commitments stay on track. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities, enablement sessions, communications, program materials, reporting, and launch activities. You will also manage feedback and continuous improvement efforts, using operational data and stakeholder input to identify opportunities to improve program delivery, streamline processes, and reduce manual work. At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $90,000 to $100,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
