  • Co-manage office space, seating plans, floor plans, and organizational resources.
  • Support office relocations and other workplace transition initiatives.
  • Review and facilitate expense report approvals in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate facility purchasing, hardware procurement, and general office operations.
  • Assist with employee engagement, morale, and charitable-giving initiatives.
  • Support personnel-related and departmental financial operations.
  • Partner with administrative professionals supporting large and geographically distributed teams.
  • Provide onsite operational support for teams located in the United States and internationally.
  • Evaluate requests, raise concerns when appropriate, and ensure alignment with company policies and organizational practices.
  • Independently manage assigned projects, deadlines, and deliverables with minimal oversight.
  • Complete special projects and additional administrative assignments as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, accuracy, discretion, and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience working within the client's corporate environment and familiarity with its internal workplace practices and tools.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex executive calendars.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing expenses and expense-report workflows within a large corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and their broader teams.
  • Strong understanding of administrative operations, space management, expense management, and workplace support.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong time-management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with administrative teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience supporting remote and globally distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with email, calendar management, word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Ability to work onsite in Redmond, Washington, at least three days per week and travel between two nearby office locations.
  • Ability to work a standard 40-hour, Monday-through-Friday schedule.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing temporary calendar and administrative coverage for executive assistants during absences.
  • Experience supporting large organizations with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of the client's internal administrative, expense, space-management, and workplace tools.
