Cooler Master USA is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the key point of contact for current and upcoming programs with assigned key accounts in North America. This role collaborates with customers, Business Development Manager, and NA/Asia manufacturing teams to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor production, address cross-functional issues, and proactively identify risks.

Qualificações

Position Overview

The Program Manager will serve as the key point of contact for all current and upcoming programs for assigned key accounts in North America. This role will work closely with customers, including participating in customer visits with the Business Development Manager to understand their latest business needs, project plans, and future direction, and work with North American and Asia-based manufacturing teams, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other internal functions to ensure projects and production remain on track and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Coordinate and track all current and upcoming projects for assigned key accounts, ensuring clear visibility of project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with North American and Asia-based factories to understand and monitor production schedules, capacity, and progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address project, production, quality, and delivery issues and drive timely resolution.
• Serve as a central communication point between customers, factories, and internal teams to ensure information and priorities are clearly communicated.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to visit key customers, understand their current priorities, future plans, and upcoming project needs, and communicate relevant insights to internal teams.
• Proactively identify potential project, production, quality, and delivery risks, and coordinate with relevant teams to develop solutions and prevent delays.
• Provide ongoing program support and follow-up to ensure projects and production are completed and delivered to the customer on time.
• Track open issues and follow up with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project schedules and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with manufacturing teams and cross-functional organizations.
• Experience working with U.S. and Asia-based teams or factories is strongly preferred.

For Pay Transparency-Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $100,000 - $130,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
