Job description

Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases).

This position will be responsible for driving the delivery of critical features and initiatives for the Pricing and Revenue Organization. They will serve as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master overseeing one or more scrum teams.

Essential Functions

  • Understand current system functionalities & applications and strive to be a functional subject matter expert.
  • Owns the product vision and product backlog.
  • Builds and leverages solid working relationships with business and products.
  • Assists in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manages program effectiveness against target metrics.
  • Manages requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value ROI, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity.
  • Comfortable querying and analyzing data in multiple formats for example, database, XML, JSON, etc.
  • Oversee the product development process, providing guidance and clarification as needed.
  • Evaluate completed work, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with business objectives.
  • Analysis production and test defects.
  • Perform test case reviews & validations for business-critical features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or equivalent experience. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrates self-motivation, curious & growth mindset, leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and product management skills.
  • Strong written & communications and human relations skills.
  • Understands system, application & software and business architecture & design.
  • Expertise in SAFe Agile framework, backlog management, and iteration planning.
  • Preferred knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RDBMS

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
