Atria Group LLC seeks a post-sales technical product support professional in Philadelphia. The candidate will analyze customer business needs, develop technical requirements, prepare responses to RFQs, and configure solutions. Applicants should have 3-6 years of relevant IT experience, especially in Unix/Linux, and possess strong scripting skills in Python and Perl.

SUMMARY
Responsible for providing post-sales technical product support. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing customers’ business needs and developing technical requirements, preparing technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs), configuring integrated solutions to meet customer needs and implementing client solutions. May act as a primary point of contact between customer’s technical staff and the enterprise’s development/engineering organization. Serves as technical consultant to the sales team and must have a broad knowledge of multiple computer environments, platforms and technologies and in-depth knowledge of the enterprise’s products. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE
• Typically has 3 - 6 years of high-tech industry and/or IT work experience in product engineering, development and/or support functions.
• Manage many small projects (i.e. server rollouts) in a Unix/Linux environment
• Generate capacity reports
• Conduct status/update meetings
• Interface with senior leadership
• Manager deployment projects and server set-ups
• Manage workload of engineering teams
• Experience in dev/ops and application delivery
• Experience with Linux and Unix
• Experience in a virtualized environment Cisco UCS and VM Ware, RAM Disks
• Working knowledge of puppet, and YAML language is preferable
• Transcoders and video packagers
• Can write python and perl scripts
• Has been in high availability and video infrastructure environment
