Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Business Process Manager with TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join our Herndon, VA project. You will support the Sponsor's ServiceNow delivery team, driving process improvements for the GIBS application suite and related requirements.

You will collaborate with sponsor teams to develop and refine ServiceNow-based solutions, manage requirements and functional specs, and oversee IT lifecycle activities, change and release planning, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Experience developing ServiceNow or with low-code platforms and aptitude for ServiceNow.
• Experience with Flow Designer, catalog items, and business rules.
• Experience in business process analysis and translating models into requirements.
• Experience evaluating system performance and actions to improve it.
• Experience with process improvement, program management, and customer relations.
• Experience with IT lifecycle management including change & release management.
• Experience with knowledge management and technical artifacts.

Job description

GRVTY is seeking a Business Process Manager with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Herndon, VA. As part of Sponsor's integrated ServiceNow delivery team, the Contractor Team shall provide development and process improvement support of Sponsor's Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other Sponsor requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms.

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience,
• Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.
• Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.
• Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management.
• Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request.

What Would Be Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified ApplicationDeveloper, or completion of requisite ServiceNowtraining for the certification.
• Demonstrated experience withServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Demonstrated experience withServiceNow application suites (e.g., IT ServiceManagement, IT Business Management),developing Dashboards on ServiceNow, and usingServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Demonstrated experience usingServiceNow project management applications.
• Demonstrated experience workingwith Sponsor’s IT service providers.
• Demonstrated experience advisingSponsor personnel on processes, practices, andpolicies that directly impact the organization.
• Demonstrated experience with cloudarchitecture, including expertise beyond theSponsor’s legacy cloud environments.
