Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ECMS development utilizing the OpenText Content Server platform and GCI workflow, OneFox modules, from inception to implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for workflows, define metadata, develop SQL databases, identify system integrations, and enhancements.
• Oversee integration with multiple enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet deadlines.
• Organize, facilitate, and document team meetings to ensure clear communication, accountability, and alignment with project objectives
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external OpenText developers, and technical resources.
• Direct and participate in all phases of workflow testing including functional/performance, usability, user acceptance testing (UAT), and security.
• Coordinate the development of deployment plans and production releases.
• Deliver progress reports, executive presentations, and live system demonstrations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate legacy metadata compilation and database development efforts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance.
• Provide training including developing support materials for end users and technical staff.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenText Platform and at least 1 year with OneFox integration platform.
3. Proven success integrating OpenText and OneFox with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI.
4. Demonstrated history of leading multi-system enterprise projects from conception to organization-wide deployment.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive leadership.
6. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and enterprise content management best practices.
7. Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must submit examples of OpenText/OneFox integration projects, detailing their role, challenges addressed, and results achieved.
