Job summary

Kearney & Company is hiring an Analyst to join our team supporting one of the Federal government’s largest agencies. The role focuses on audit advisory services to support the Department of Navy ERP modernization, ensuring compliance and effective internal controls.

The candidate will work closely with team members and client stakeholders to implement and sustain FFM requirements. Onsite work is required two days per week in Alexandria, VA; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience assessing, designing, and/or implementing internal controls within the Federal Government.
  • Active Secret Clearance (or higher) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship).
  • Ability to go onsite 2 days a week in Alexandria, VA.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Provide audit advisory services to support DON ERP modernization for audit and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Kearney team members and client stakeholders to implement controls that meet Federal Financial Management requirements.
  • Support end-to-end processes to ensure compliance across the program.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience assessing, designing, and/or implementing internal controls within the Federal Government.
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)
  • Ability to go onsite 2 days a week in Alexandria, VA
  • Travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Department of War (DoW) Financial Management.

The expected salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $85,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
