• Extensive experience in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), including implementation and continuous improvement
• Experience leading grooming sessions, story pointing, and conducting peer reviews
Job Summary / Responsibilities:
• We are seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant with deep expertise in SPM to lead and support strategic initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, lead SPM grooming sessions, and support the adoption of the new Resource Management model.
• Lead SPM grooming sessions with client product owners
• Point stories and perform Dev Peer Reviews on developed stories
• Drive process and value stream management initiatives
• Provide advisory and consulting support to business and technical teams
• Elicit and gather detailed business and functional requirements
• Define and implement measurement, metrics, and reporting processes
• Support continual improvement initiatives across teams
• Assist with project leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to internal teams.
