Our direct, F100 client is looking for several Lead Process Consultants to join a long-term project involving a transition and implementation of Workday HCM. Qualified candidates will need to have prior experience with Workday HCM or a similar SaaS tool (HR-related), along with strong process design and diagramming experience with either Blueworks Live or MS Visio (Blueworks is ideal). They are most interested in finding candidates who have strong business process management experience, versus technical configuration or analysis experience when it comes to implementing SaaS in an HR organization. This is a long-term contract position (12 months initially) that can be performed remotely but must follow an ET schedule (approx. 8am - 5pm ET).
