Job summary

Covista is seeking a Business Process Analyst to partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely information across initiatives. The role emphasizes process design and improvement using best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of process modeling and data analysis experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 1+ year experience modeling/designing business processes and/or analyzing data to support business decisions/hypotheses.
• Business operations experience/background preferred.
• Experience with IT systems analysis preferred.
• Demonstrated success establishing clear priorities to achieve business outcomes.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with project teams to define, analyze, document and publish project data, surveys, and information exchange requirements.
• Build relationships across the enterprise and understand initiatives moving forward in other areas.
• Conducts business systems process analysis and needs assessments to identify improvements.
• Identify and work with Subject Matter Experts to understand and produce business/project data.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of department functions.
• Communicate results and risks after UAT to project teams.
• Manage multiple assignments per plans and report progress.
• Assist go-live when new systems or processes move into production.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and processes and share with stakeholders.
• Archive project documentation according to standards.
• Engage in strategic delivery projects to deliver results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
