Job summary

Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst/Process Improvement professional to analyze internal and client data to optimize business processes and manage improvement initiatives. The role focuses on cross-functional project management and data-driven decision making.

You will collect and validate data, map current and future state processes, develop KPIs and dashboards, and present findings to clients and leadership. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with focus on business processes
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define business strategies and requirements
• Manage projects and facilitate meetings
• Collect and validate data for internal and client projects
• Analyze process, volume and financial information and communicate key findings
• Develop current and future state process maps
• Use continuous improvement techniques to streamline workflows
• Develop KPIs and dashboards
• Prepare visuals and deliverables for clients and leadership
• Other duties as assigned
