Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team on a contingent worker basis.

What You Will Do:

• Comparing orders and PO data including dates in Oracle Cloud and EBS (Excel) to identify any discrepancies and work with Planners to close the differences.
• Using Excel to manipulate data and reporting to do routine analysis as well as compare reports from different sources.
• Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Working closely with BPOs and functional team members on projects.
• Training, data cleansing/mapping, testing, solution acceptance, cutover reconciliation.
• Maintaining and updating accurate data in systems.
• Designing and making suggestions on process optimization. Identifying process changes and improvements for transition.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• High proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud, including functional use of the application, familiarity with roles and responsibilities, and experience with query tools.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing and distribution sites in a multi-organization, multi-currency environment across all areas of Supply Chain.
• Knowledge and familiarity with the underlying architecture of Oracle ERP applications, as well as Oracle database and development tools, are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-intensity, and evolving environment.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels within the organization.
