Overview

The Client is seeking a Business Automation/AI & LCAP Team Lead. This position will help to lead a team that is responsible for RPA, AI, ECM, and Adobe creative that include Adobe Sign. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and drive innovation. This individual should have experience in Automation and AI within a cloud environment. Expertise in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, scripting, Microsoft Power Automate and Adobe Sign is a plus. The expectation for this position is to be acting as a technical escalation point for the rest of the team, as well as a main participant in leadership meetings to present material in person and work with stakeholders directly. The individual will help to provide guidance to existing developers and admins, coordinate monthly Communities of Practice, conduct agency outreach and research, as well as act as the administrator for the Commonwealth’s enterprise Adobe management platform. This position will be required to be on-site at least 3 days per week.
