In this role, you will coordinate crucial business planning procedures and collaborate with executive collaborators. Your contributions will play a key role in coordinating our strategic path and guaranteeing the successful execution of our objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CDBU priorities and target process by engaging and collaborating with executives and helping set priorities.
  • Assist in the development of CDBU business plans.
  • Build "All Team Meeting" decks, manage collaborator input, and contribute to the presentation.
  • Manage the CBO Culture Champion process for and with the CDBU executive team.
  • Update quarterly market share reports and summary emails for executives.
  • Develop Environmental Scan and Strategic Plan presentation, focusing on data in charts and providing data-driven insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business planning or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated skill in engaging and collaborating with executive-level collaborators.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the technology industry, particularly in memory and storage solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to determine and prioritize business objectives.
  • Background in managing large-scale presentations and business plan development.
  • Proven track record of collaborating successfully in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$92,000.00 - $208,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
